"Shy"

Most of the eagles that I saw paid no attention to me, but this one stared right into my soul (at least that's what it felt like at the time). I watched this one for quite a while.  He was more interested in me than in the other birds. As I shot frame after frame of this guy, another eagle which was between us decided to stretch its wings.  When I pressed the shutter button I thought that the wing had ruined the shot but later on when I had a chance to look at it, I really liked the effect the wing had on the image.

"Eagles in the early morning light"

I have no idea if this pair of eagles were a breeding pair or not, but the image sort of implies a closeness between the two of them, the way the one on the left is leaning towards the one on the right. I like to think that they were a pair :-)
