ABSTRACT 2647 "Stories in Snow" I found this imprint in the snow at the base of a small cliff while snowshoeing the ice along the Lake Superior shoreline in Grand Portage. Apparently this bird found himself a nice meal and the drama of that capture was preserved in the surface of the snow.
